Should I buy shoes that are slightly too big for my child?
Asked 2 years ago
Hey there, I am just buying some sandals for my son for summertime as they are on sale. As his feet will likely grow by then, should I buy the size above what he is currently so he can grow into them, or should I wait until then? Any advice would be appreciated.

This may be tempting to save costs, however the most important thing is the health of your child and their feet. Shoes which are too big may increase the risk of your child falling over and hurting themselves, as well as leading to sores or blisters due to excessive movement of the foot inside a shoe which doesn’t fit properly.
